Kevin O'Flaherty

Kevin O’Flaherty is a graduate of the University of Iowa and Chicago-Kent College of Law. He is licensed in Illinois and Indiana, as well as the Northern District of Illinois Federal Court. He is a member of the DuPage County Bar Association, the Illinois State Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the Downers Grove Rotary Club. He has experience in litigation, estate planning, bankruptcy, real estate, and comprehensive business representation. Kevin grew up in Downers Grove, Illinois, and is committed to giving back to the community both through his work as an attorney and through personal service activities.

Elizabeth Keleher

Elizabeth Keleher is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and DePaul University College of Law. She is licensed to practice law in Illinois, and is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, the Chicago Bar Association, and the American Immigration Lawyers Association. Elizabeth has experience in real estate, immigration, and estate planning, and is proficient in both Spanish and Italian.

Maggie Pucher is a graduate of Quincy University and The John Marshall Law School. She is licensed to practice law in Illinois and is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and the Chicago Bar Association. Maggie has experience in litigation and family law.

Marc Sawyer

Marc Sawyer earned a BS from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and graduated cum laude from Washington University School of Law. During law school, Marc clerked at the US Attorneys Office for the Eastern District of Missouri and the Department of Defense Inspector General. Marc served as a captain in the US Army prior to attending law school.

Stephanie Williams

Stephanie works as O'Flaherty Law's office manager and legal secretary. She graduated from Western Illinois University with a psychology degree and a minor in sociology.
